Lieferung auf deutsch weiter unten.

Delivery

If you order more than one item, they will be shipped at the moment they are available. If your products should be shipped according to availability, please order them separately or contact customer service. There is a shipping cost for each order.

We are shipping all of our products from our warehouse in Germany.

Processing time

The processing will take approximately 1-3 working day. During this time you will receive a reply from us regarding your order. 

Material Details
  • Please be aware that while we will do our best to provide continues metrages it may be that the ordered quantity will be send divided in various parts.
  • Depending on a various amount of aspects, the rapport length, width, usable width, cut length (as well as other measurements) may vary some. They will be within our tolerances. Please be aware that goods such as lace cannot guaranteed always be the same, even if it is the exact article. If the variation is outside the tolerances or there are any stark differences we will inform you accordingly and handle each case individually

    • Packaging

    Depending on the quantity, lace fabrics will either be put onto a roll/spool and packed into cartons or, if the quantity is low, they may also be just folded and put into an envelope. The meterage per roll/spool varies depending on the width.

    Packaging Lace

    • Lace Width 0  - 50cm
      • Up to around 30 meters, we will fold the lace and ship in an envelope or bag
      • Quantities over 30 meters, will be put onto a roll and ship in a parcel

    Packaging Fabric

    • Lace Width 100 - 140cm = per Roll 40m - 90m
      • Up to around 15 meters, we will fold the lace and ship in an envelope or bag
      • Quantities over 15 meters, will be put onto a roll and ship in a thick oversize back

    Alternativ können Sie auch mit "Click & Collect" Ihre Bestellung direkt bei uns abholen. Wir kontaktieren Sie sobald Ihre Bestellung bereit ist.

    Bearbeitungszeit

    Der Abwicklungszeitraum beträgt in etwa 1-3 Werktage. In dieser Zeit erhalten Sie von uns eine Rückmeldung zu Ihrer Bestellung.

  • Bitte beachten Sie, das wir unser Bestes tun Ihnen die Bestellmenge in einem Stück zu liefern, es aber trotzdem vorkommen kann, dass die Bestellmenge dies nicht zulässt und deswegen mehrere Abschnitte der selben Spitze in einer Lieferung enthalten sein können.
  • Abhängig von verschiedenen Aspekten, können Rapportlänge, Breite, Nutzbreite, Abschnittslänge (sowie andere Messwerte) variieren. Diese technischen Werte werden weiterhin innerhalb unserer Toleranz für diese Werte sein. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei Ware wie Spitze nicht immer identisch Ware garantiert werden kann, auch wenn es der exakte Artikel ist. Falls die Abweichungen außerhalb unserer Toleranz sind, oder wenn gravierende Unterschiede bemerkbar sind, werden wir Sie informieren und jeden Fall individuell bearbeiten.

    • Verpackung

    Abhängig von der Bestellmenge werden die Spitzen-Stoffe entweder auf eine Rolle gewickelt oder zusammengelegt. Die Menge pro Rolle hängt von der Breite des Spitzen-Stoffes ab.

    Verpackung Spitzenband

    • Breite 0  - 50cm
      • Bis ca. 30m, legen wir die Spitze zusammen und versenden Sie je nach Menge in einem Umschlag oder Beutel
      • Bei Mengen über 30m, rollen wir die Spitze auf und versenden Sie in einem Päckchen

    Verpackung Spitzenstoff

    • Breite 100 - 140cm = per Roll 40m - 90m
      • Bis ca. 15m, legen wir die Spitze zusammen und versenden Sie je nach Menge in einem Umschlag oder Beutel
      • Bei Mengen über 15m, rollen wir die Spitze auf und versenden Sie in einem übergroßen Beutel
